Johnson and LeRoy Heikkila; Attorney Raymond Ploetz, Manager Leonard L. Kopp and Engineer William McComb: Trustee Gordon Batdorf came after the hearing had started. HEARING - FERN STREE~ WATER The Attorney declared the Publication and mailing to be sufficient and legal. Roger Reed and Richard DeGuise spoke in support of the proposal. Johnson moved and Batdorf seconded a motion ito accept the minutes of August 11, 1964 meeting as read. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. The Minutes of the August 20, 1964 meeting were read. Batdorf moved and Heikkila seconded a motioh to accept the minutes of the August 20, 1964 meeting as read. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. The Minutes of the August 25, 1964 meeting were read. Heikkila moved and · Johnson seconded a motioni to accept the minutes of the August 25, 1964 meeting as read. The vote was uniaimously in favor so carried. The Minutes of the September 1, 1964 meeting were read. Johnson moved and Batdorf seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the September 1, 1964 meeting as read. The vo~e was unanimously in favor so carried. CONDEMNED SUMMER COTTAGE Mr. and Mrs. Waiter E. Maehren purchased a condemned summer cottage on Lots 9 and 10 Block 7, Drhamwood and wished to bring it up to code and install water and sewer. Batforf moved and Johnson seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, that conditioned upon the posting of a bond in the amount of $1,000.00, the condition of which being that in the event building ifootings complying with the Building Code have not beeniinstalled on subject premises,~by 9- 1-1965, said bond be [orfeit to the Village of Mound and the Village of Mound b~ authorized to install the same and deduct the cost the*efrom, that a building permit be and hereby is authorized to be issued to Waiter E. and Mary E. Maehren for Lotsi 9 and 10 Block 7, Dreamwood. The vote was unanimouslyi in favor, so carried.
