Johnson, Attorney James Grathwol, Manager Leonard L. Kopp and Engineers
William Schoell and LeRoyi Winner
The employees of the Engineering firm of Schoell and Madson had gone on
strike and the employees ~5~:the contractor would not crom~vthe picket line
so work on the sewer project came to a stop - this matter and possible
solution was discussed.

a seconded a mtoion to adjourn until the adjourned
[964 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. The

(5) The ~harges established pursuant to
this ordinance shall be a lien on the
real estate benefited thereby and against
which same is established, and shall be of
equal fane with the liens or taxes levied
under the general laws of the State, and
shall beccme due and payable as fixed by
the resol~.tion establishing such charges.
Such char~'es may also ~ at the option
of the Vii!age, be enforced a~ainst the
owner, le~.see, or occupant of the property
benefited by the connection service, or
availability of service, or against all
of them i£~ a civil action without the
waiver of.other remedies.
This ordinance ~hall take effect and be in force from
and after its p~.ssage and publication according to
law.
