That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the Commercial Use District, as estab- lished by Section 23.07 and Section 23.01, by removing therefrom the following described tract: The Easterly 150 feet of that part of Lot 27, Lafayette Park, Lake Minnetonka, lying Southerly of the town road. 2.
