the laws, rules and regulations of the
State of Minnesota or its administr2tive

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, "ZONING",
OF THE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA:
1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances,
entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by
reducing the Commercial Use District, as estab-
lished by Section 23.07 and Section 23.01, by
removing therefrom the following described tract:
The Easterly 150 feet of that part of Lot
27, Lafayette Park, Lake Minnetonka, lying
Southerly of the town road.
2. That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances,
entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by
adding to the provisions of Section 23.011,
Residential Use District A-i, the following des-
cribed tract:
The Easterly 150 feet of that part of Lot
27, Lafayette Park, Lake Minnetonka, lying
Southerly of the town road.
3. That this ordinance' be effective from and after
