Tbe vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and granted. HOOKING ~ TO SANITARY S~R - June 16~ 1969 The date of five years from the construction of the sanitary sewer ~as tenatively set as the final time given to property owners to hook up to the sa~iarty sewer. The council was polled and all agreed m~ch a date was fair and practical. The attorney requested several months to work out certain problems. PROJECTS DISCUSSED Ba,yoort Road and Avon Road improvement and the Piper Place improvement were discussed and the monies already spent on these unfinished projects.
