James Von Lorenz was the spokesman for a group of citizens protesting the construction
of multiple dwelling (duplex) in their area, and requesting rezoning to prevent
furthur construction of this type in this area. Also speaking against such construct-
ion were: Martin Gilmore, Mrs. O'Neil and Dale Adamson.

BE IT MOVED, by the Village C~uncil of the Village of Mou~ud that a study of zonimg
for Lafayette Park~ Dreamwood, Shadywood Point, Woodland Point and
Harrison Shores be requested of the Planning Commission.

SEWER LATERAL INSTALLATION REQUEST
Swenson moved and Peterson seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound, that a request by
owners of Parcels 300 and 400 in Plat 62~50 (Subd of Lots 1-32 S
and L Ravenswood) be denied to have the village extend the sewer
lateral to accommodate these owners at ne cost to the owners, and
BE IT FUTHER MOVED, that the owners be allowed to install a six or eight inch
li~e and all persons concerned be allowed to hook up to this line;
the fmstallation to be subject to the appoval of Emgineer Wa T.
Mills and the cost to be wholly the Concern of the owners. (Such
installation to start at the manhole. )
