Mills and Tom Teigen, representing K.M. Clark. HALSTEAD HEIGHTS WATER 68-17 Public Hearing, Engineer Teigen outlined the project. Speaking against the proposed project were: Bruce Patterson, A1 Jepperson and Wally Russell. Andressen moved and Swenson seconded a motion (Project 68-20); BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound reject all bids for Projects: 68-16, 68-20 and 68-22. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and rejected. Ail bid bonds or certi£ied checks submitted with bids to be returned to bidders at once. Also speaking against such construct- ion were: Martin Gilmore, Mrs. O'Neil and Dale Adamson. Andreasen moved and Schmidt seconded a motiom BE IT MOVED, by the Village C~uncil of the Village of Mou~ud that a study of zonimg for Lafayette Park~ Dreamwood, Shadywood Point, Woodland Point and Harrison Shores be requested of the Planning Commission. Clement Osburn be denied his request to be allowed to rebuild~a structur~ on Lot 14 Block 26Whipple, and disregard the building code section about placement on lot. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and denied. SEWER LATERAL INSTALLATION REQUEST Swenson moved and Peterson seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound, that a request by owners of Parcels 300 and 400 in Plat 62~50 (Subd of Lots 1-32 S and L Ravenswood) be denied to have the village extend the sewer lateral to accommodate these owners at ne cost to the owners, and BE IT FUTHER MOVED, that the owners be allowed to install a six or eight inch li~e and all persons concerned be allowed to hook up to this line; the fmstallation to be subject to the appoval of Emgineer Wa T. Mills and the cost to be wholly the Concern of the owners. (Such installation to start at the manhole. ) The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. COMBINING LAND PARCELS Woodland Point Peterson moved and Andreasen seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by ~he Village Council of the Village of Mound'that George H. Gerberding be allowed to combine Lot 6 and 31, Block 6, Woodland Point into one parcel and be served by one sewer connectioa now on Lot 31. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
