JAMESON GARAGE Mr Jameson appeared. Frank Weiland spoke against the variance thet w~s given in Nov. 1969 to Mr. Jameson for construction a garage only six feet from the street curb line. Fenstsd moved and Schmidt seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound return this matter to the Planning Commission for further consideration~ The vote was three nays and two ayes so defeated.. Fensted moved and Sc~Lmidt seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the six foot variance granted nov. 1969 be revoked. The vote was two ayes and three nays, so defeated~ Mr. Jameson said in order to get along with his neighbors and the council would tear down the present small garage that is presently being used for storage as it is too small to accomodate a modern full size car, before he started to build a new modern garage~ Peterson moved and Andreasen seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the Building Inspector be directed not to issue a permit to construct a garage on 2021 Arbor Lane ( Plat 62150 Parcel 0700 ), Lot 4 Subdivision of Lots I - 3~~ Skarp and Lindquists Ravens wood) until the old garage is completely removed.
