To the Village Council of the Village of Island Park, Hennepin
County, idinneseta:
our Petitioners respectfully state as follows:
1. That they are the sole owners of the lands hereinafter des-
oribed;
2. That said lands are oontiguOUS and abut upon each other and
said lands abut upon the boundary lines of the Village of Island
Park;
3. That said lands are so conditioned as preperly to be subjected
to village governmenti
4. That it will be to the beat interests of the Village of Island
Park and for sai-d lands for the sevae to be annexed to said village;
5. That said lands are hereinafter described, are owned by the
undersigned, Larry Skjei, and are being parohased on a Contract for
Deed by the undersigned, Russell Farsand and De to L. Farsund,
husband and wife, are situated in the Tovvnship of Minnetristal
County of Hennepin,, State of t4inviesota, to -wit: i
Lots 15 and 16, Block 7, Douglas.
YMMEFORE, Petitioners req,,uest that said lands be included within
the limits of the Village of Island Park, Aklinnesota, by annexation
thereof to said villnge.
