Whereas; The S~ate deputy examiner in checking our books listed Village
order ~554 ~or $ 10.00 as aa outstanding order and subsequent
investigation by him showed this was not the fact, but that he
was confused by reason of ~&~ items erroneously carrying the
same nu tuber and therefore to coercer %his erroneous adjustment
said State Deputy Examiner requests that outstanding warrant
~554 be cancelled. It was moved by O.E. Liniholm a~d seconded
by W.A. Iveraon that said order ~554 be stricken as non existent

which were all in ~avor of the bond issue and none were opposed. As a resul,
of this canvas the following resolutions were made.
