the absolute propertF of Zhe State of ~innesgta under the provisions
Of laws ~e¢laring the f°rf~iture of lands to the State for ~azes, which
lan~s have been claseifie~ by Co~,nt~ B~ar~ of said ~en~spin County as Non-
conservation an~ for male, pursuant to Laws of Minnesota for 19~5, Chapter B86

Whereas, this Council has ma~e a complete examination of all fac~s an~
circumstances relating to such parcels.
Now therefore, acting pursuant to said Section I~ Chapter 886 ~ as amen~e~
Be it resolved, that ~he ~illa~e Council of said Village o! Island Park
approve the classification of sai~ ~ount~ Boar~ of said lan~s as non-
conservation and for sale.
