The followin~ Resolution, having been offered by ~. Iverson~ was unanimously

~ereas, t~e Village Council has previously made application under Chapter
~11. Laws of 1~41, for the acquisition of certain property in the Uill~e from
the State of Minnesota, which property is designated as;
Parcel 1- Lots Eigt!(8~ and Twenty nine (~95~ Block F~fteen (15) of Arden,
Teland Park~ Minnesota, according to t~e map or plat thereof on file
and of record in the office ~f the Register of Deeds in and for
sai~ nennepin County, Minnesota~ for use by the Village, as part
of its Park system;
Parcel 2- Lot ~e (1), Block Thirty-eight (~8), W$chwoodAddttion to Island
Park, according to the map or plat thereof on fi~e a~d of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for sai~ Hennepin
County, Minnesota, for use by the Village for road purposes,
and~
Whereas, t~at application has been approve~ by the ~ounty Board of the
County of ~ennepin, State of Minnesota.
Now, Therefore, be it resolved, That the Village Council of t~e Village
of Tsland Park, in its reffular meeting assembled, doess approve t~e transfer
to the Village of ~sland Park of sai~ parcels of land described above.
The question was on the adoption of the Resolution, and the vote was
unanimou~ for its adoption
