and Robt. E. ooopor for a building permit be approved And permits issued.

&nd Anton Carlson for permit to keept chickens be approved and permits
issued. Motion carried.
Letter of resi~nation of W. L. Iverson, from tho office of Councilman
was read by Mayor BBAI~, and .me was ordered placed on file, and the
Council decided to take no action on amcepting same at this time, since
Mr. Iverson has entered the service of our Country.
Moveed by Lin&holm and 8nd by Judd that permission be granted the Gertrude
Schdmning Heedlework ~uild the use of the Village H~ll for their meeting
to be ~eld on the afternoon of Aug. 8th, 1944. Regular charge of $3.00
to be mede. Motion carried.
Moved by Lindholm and 8nd by Judd that we purehaae the following:
120 ft. 8inch stain tile at cost of 15~ per ft.
2-45 8 inch Lis Motion carried.
Moved by Judd 2nd by Lindholm that 8 signs be prepared , limiting truck
loads ou our reads to 5-ton gross. Carried.
Moved by Lindholm and -nd by Judd that the Clerk be instructed to have
the Village Typewriter-overhauled. Motion carried.
Moved by ~udd and 8nd by Lindholm that this meeting bo continued subject
