Lots, 12, 14, 15, and 16 in block ?. in the village o! Island Park, appear to have been forfeited to the State of Minnesota for no-payment of t~xes, and that all o! druid Iota are .ad,scant to t be main road, known as Tuzedo Road, and are required by the Village for road purposes. Therefore, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Island Park, that the President of the Council and the Village Clerk are hereby authorised to execute an application for conveyance of said'forfeited lots to the Village of Island Park, under Caapter 511, laws 1941. ~, ~.
