to fill the unexpired term of A. H. Huettl reeigned. C~rrted.
Mr. Millber~ qualified for the office of aoeeeeor by taking Oath and
filing surety bond issued by tho Standard Aec. ;ne. Co. a Cor~. of
Detroit, Mich. in the amount of $500.00 payable to the Grate of Minn.
Mr. Walker asked for a hearingregarding t~e filling of J. B. Gray'e place
as constable for the Village, also the office of Trustee V. L. Ivereon
now in service.

Atty. Generals office to get a ruling re constable vacancy, giving all
facts regarding GrayOs abeense, a~d tho election o! Constable at last
Dec. ebection. Carried.
