Purpose of meeting to open bids for Road Rapirs and Improvanante as
advertised in~o hproveuent Bulletin.
The following bids were submitted.
Jay V. Craig Co., Minne~polis, Minn. to fura~h all material, labor and
Machinery to construct Seal Coat, meeting tree e~e~ificationa of tee
Village Council for tho sum of 12~ per square yard.
~160.00 certified aneck included with bid.
The above bid calls for .S gal per square yard and 25~ buckshot gravel
per square ~d. Buckshot to be rolled in, tho pavement fo be swept before
applying the seal coat. A double seat to be applied on specified loea~Xone.
Glenn Hohnsou Conetra~ting 8o., St. Louis Park, Mln~. Road Tar delivered
and applied on your roads at .1075 per gallon. Approxinately ~4500 gal.
Sand for sealing delivered and applied at $4.75 per ton. Approximately
1~0 ton.
Use of buckshot m 40 % and sand 60% at $5.25 per ton,
The above bid deer not include cXeaning pavonont before application, and
