Where as, each parcel of l~d described in said lis~ has here$o- fore,;been cl~sifiea by the Board of County C~:lssioners of Henn. County, Minn. as non-conservatior, land an:~ ~he sale therof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County C~issione~; NOW THE~, be it resolved by said Village Co~cil, acting pursuant to Minn. ~atutes for 1945, Section 28~.01 that the cl~sifica~isn by said Board o~ Co~y Co~issioners o~ each parcel of l~d described ~ saiwa list as non-consolation land be and the s~e is hereby approved and that sale ~f each parcel of land be and the s~e is hereby approwed.
