Mr Judd offered the following resolution and moved its adoption;
Where as, The Village Council of the Village of Island Park Hennepin
County, Minnesota, nas received from, the County Auditor of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, a list in said Village which became ~he property of ~he ~tate of
under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to ~he S~ate for
non-pa~ent o~ t~es~ which said list has been designated as list ~gg4-C
of 1947 and.
Where as, each parcel of l~d described in said lis~ has here$o-
fore,;been cl~sifiea by the Board of County C~:lssioners of Henn. County,
Minn. as non-conservatior, land an:~ ~he sale therof has heretofore been
authorized by said Board of County C~issione~;
NOW THE~, be it resolved by said Village Co~cil, acting
pursuant to Minn. ~atutes for 1945, Section 28~.01 that the cl~sifica~isn
by said Board o~ Co~y Co~issioners o~ each parcel of l~d described ~ saiwa
list as non-consolation land be and the s~e is hereby approved and that
sale ~f each parcel of land be and the s~e is hereby approwed.

basement ~ adc p~rch, m~est Green to buil~ garage. On motion by Judd,
seconded by Ko,an the F~nson ~ Stahlke pe~its be grated. Mr. Greens held
up account of being built ~o close to road. Ca~ entering or leaving gauge
woul~ block traffic and be hazardous to s~e on l~nchester ~e. Carried.

~unicipal Liquor ~tore. A motion by Ko,an, secon:~d by Swenson. ~r Sche~in
proceed to buil~ a mode~ building g4 x 30 fee~. Sai~ building ~o be rente~
to the Village of Isled Park for ~he s~ of $75;00 per month ~he year
