as members of the board of health. Carried.
Moved by Swenson, seconded by Streator that $500 be transferred frWW the goneral
fund to the poor fund. Carried.

Called order by president Stageborg. Ail members present.
Reading of minutes was dispensed with.
Special topics for discussion:
(1) Question of having Her,napin County take over maintenance of Tuxedo
Rvaa. Aftor lengthy discussion moved by storke, seconded by Streator that
Mr. Speaker be designated by tho council to work with Mr. Kilos, village attorney,
in negotiating for the county to take over Tuxedo Road. Carried.
Agreed that president Stageberg contact county onginser office for
further consideration of road survey -- Aberdeen or Tuxedo and rout from Sehoening's
to Isleu:d Park Bridge (vpproximately).
(2); Conaidoratioi: of civic planning. Der. Middleton reported to the council on
ordinances that might provide for tho above.
Moved by Streat seconded by Stork* that ordinances by drawn up for the
establishment of (1) a civic planning commission (2) a village park board, and said
proposed ordinances be submitted to the council at the April regular meeting.
Carried.
Moved by Streator, seconded by Swenson, that the claim of Joan Eagan for clerking
in liquor store be paid. ($14.00) Carried.
