This meeting was called bq request of the W. P.k.Administration to sign form
No.240. bq the President and Clerk of the Village Council to make it possible
to reopen Project No.5.of Island Park Village.
Motion bq Mc. Walters that said form be signed and releast only
with a letter stating forth the facts that the Village at present has no available
funds far the completion of the project mentioned,except minor expenditureR.

Motion by Edwards, seconded bq Scherven that the following resolutian be
adopted.
1. Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Island Park
that the village apply to the State Board of Investment fora loan in the
amount of not to exceed $8,000 for the purpose of providing money for
paying the warrant indebtedness.
2. Be it further resolved that the Village apply to the State Board
of Investment for a loan in the amount of not to exceed $3,000 for the
purpose of providing money for completing the construction and equipping
of the Village Aall.
3. Be it further resolved that the chairman, clerk, and treasurer make
such application and furnish such certificates as may be required.
