Meeting .was called to order by the P resident, all members present.
Meeting was held at Edwards residence on account of sickness by Edwards
Resolution oitsrd by Kasper
that the Village of Island Park Cou~l~y of Hennepin State of Minnesota purchase
Lots 4-5-6- all in B~ocY 20 Wychwood addition of Mr.Earl M, Jenson`ot Minnespot
:nor the tollowing purpose to place and build Coss Pools and drains for the
Village Hall according to plans drawn by Mr. Graeber of Minneapolis and aproved
by the State Board of Health, The sum to be two hundred and filthy doblers
one hundred and titthy dollars to be paid down and a note bearing 6~ interest
or one hundred dollars dated for maturity at December Ist. I938.

Motion be L~dwarde auported by Mc. Walters the Village purchase of
The Standard Steel Works of Kansas City one IQO gal. Tar heater with Steel
Wheels (MOD.~L S.L.) Waod or Coal burning fire box, the total cost to be
not over ~ I~2.00 F.O.B. Island Park.

Resolution of tared by Edwards
Be it resolved that date- iron date of publication of this resolution
that no unmuzzled doge shall be allawed to enter the Village of Island Parka
aighter in Cars ar otherwise without a muzzle confirming to the City of
Minneapolis epesitycationa, and be it further resolved that ten days atther
publication of this resolution all dogs unlicensed shall be cosidered strays
and will be picked up and disposed of suported by Bailey

The Clerk was advised to comunicate with the local Volunteer Fire
Department regat~ding the purchase by the Village of the two lots east of Fall
same two lots are owned by the said Organization.
