presented the following report.
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COIINTY CO1~~!TI SION~tS: a
Gentlemen: Your Standing Committee on Licenses to whorl
was referred the matter of regulations gevernir~g t~r.e sale
of non-intoxicating malt liquors, has given the sar.~=e caraf:zl
consideration, and begs leave to report as follo~:~s:
BE IT RESOLVED That the 'folloving regulations be adopted
governing the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquors by any
and all licens~aoperating under licenses issued 'cy t~zis
Board in Hennepin County, Minnesota, effective as of <T~zI_y
lst, 1935.
No licensee for the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor
shall sell any such malt liquor, nor shall any 'on s~.l.o'
licensee serve or permit to be served or consumed on t:ie
premises named in the license any such malt liquor', on
any primary, special or general ele.etion day during t:~e
hours the polls are open, or on Surda.y between the hours
of T~^%o (2) o'clock A. rte. and 'I't~.~elve ('! 2) o' clock noon, or
on any other day betv;een the hours of One (1) o'clock A. M.
and Six (6) o'clock A. M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any person violating any of the
provisions of these regulations shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punished by a fine of a~ot to exceed One Hundred Dollars
0100) or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety (90) days
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a conviction for violation of
these regulations shall be cause for revocation of the license
by this Board.

RESOLVED, That the report of the committee be accepted and
adopted.
