V~fiEREAS, Lot 20, Block 11, Arden, is situated within
the boadaries of the Village of Island Park, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, and said lot has been forfeited to the
State for non-payment of taxes and,
WHEREAS, .said lot adjoins a heavily traveled street
and it is necessary and expedient to widen said street at
the paint where maid lot adjoins said street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUi~CIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF ISLAND P~IRK, MIiV'IvE50TA, That the I4'iayor
and Clerk of the village are hereby authorized to acquire
the said Lot 20, Block 11, xrden, for the purpose of widening
the street adjoining said lot and are hereb;yr authorized and
directed to make an application for the conveyance of Baia
lot to the Village of Island Park.
