The United States of america, acting by and through the
Housing and Hor:~e Finance administrator, has offered to make an
advance to the Village of Island Park of not to exceed Five
Thousand Three Hundred Ten and no/100 (y~5,310.00) Dollars to
aid the village in financing the cost of plan preparation, to
consist of investigations, surveys and studies of water supply
and distribution system and development of preliminary plans for
pumping, storing, distribution, cost of estimates and financing
for construction of a municipal water system and,
~~~IiERE~S, said offer_~ is dated Tovember g, 1956 and,

• sixty (60} days from November ~, 1956.

the Village of Island Park, Puinnesota, that T~lerrill F. Love,
Ttiiayor of the Village of Island Park, s_hereby instructed to
forthwith accept the agreement which constitutes the offer herein-
before referred. to for and on behalf of the Village of Island
Park, T.iinnesota, and the said i:jerrill ~'. Love, i~iayor of the Vil-
lage of Island. Park, is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an acceptance of said agreement.
