This meeting was convened by President Huff for a ~oint discussion with representatives of %he Town Board and the School ~oard for the DurDose of determining to what extent the purchase of a snowplow by the village could be made to be a profit-earning investment and of such benefit to town and school as to win, by "gentlemen's agreement" some support, in the venture, by the town and school authorities. Those attending were Pres. Huff, ~rustees Tuff, Yost, and Glewwe, and Alwtn as Recorder. None of the Town Board nor of the School Board made an appearance. It being~'that no action could be gotten from the other bodies who were to be party to the meeting, the matter of purchasing a snowplow was considered a dead issue and, for the time being, lald upon the table. The matter of buying a grader attachment with a twelve-foot blade was now brought up by Nr. Tuff, such attachment to be used on the village Fordson tractor. After a discussion of features which resulted in a choice of a twelVe-foot blade, the recorder was asked to write to Wehr Company, 533 3Otb Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for prices. This being put to motion by,~r. Tuff and seconded by Nr. Yost was carried and the meeting adjourned.
