It was next moved by Yost and seconded by Tuff that the
uncollected levy, or tax, for street oiling of last year be
annulled and struck from the records· 'This motion was carried·
' Trustee Yost now made the motion, Trustee Tuff supporting,
that thee Recorder be instructed to order culverts according to
specifications submitted by the Road Commissioner. This motion
was carried·
The Recorder was instructed to write to Cox Brothers of
Spring Park as to the amount credited to Mound for black earth
profitably hauled by them from a village road and now to be
discounted from their bill against the village for gravel loading
and hauling.
Mayor Huff appointed Trustees Tuff and Glewwe as a committee
to again take up the matter of a snowplow for the coming winter.
