Upon roll call the following members were present:

The meeting was called to order by the President.
The Cleric read the published notice of call for bids for
$8,000 Funding Bonds and submitted an affidavit showing due pub!ica-
tion of such notice for two successive wee]~s.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried., the Council pro-
ceed. ed to receive and,consider bids for said bonds, v~ich, were as
follows:

After due consideration of the bids, Trustee H. Glevave

Cou'aty, l~irnlesota, in the aggregate amount of $8,000, being 8
in n~mber, numbered £rom 1 to 8 both incl., of the denomination
of $1,000, maturing serially in the order of their numbers, low-
est numbers first, $1,000 on August 1st in each of the years
from 1932 to 1939 both i~cl., bearing interest at the rate of
5-?~~ [~ per arn~um, payable semi-annually on the first days of

Trustee F.L. Pearson and upo~ roll call it was adopted

Nays: none.
Having transacted these matters of village business for
which the meeting was originally called, Trustee Yost moved
that the meeting be adjourned. This motion was seconded by
Glev~e and carried.
