Abs-e~': The meeting was called to order by the President. The Cleric read the published notice of call for bids for $8,000 Funding Bonds and submitted an affidavit showing due pub!ica- tion of such notice for two successive wee]~s. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried., the Council pro- ceed. ed to receive and,consider bids for said bonds, v~ich, were as follows: Drake-Jones Co , "' - St Paul.' ])avid Lzrl, , . State Banjo of ~,Cound, 000.00 200.00 and Accrued Interest and Accr~..ed Interest and Accrued Interest After due consideration of the bids, Trustee H. Glevave izltroduced the following resolution and moved its ~.~[o~p't~ion: RESOLUTIO!f ACCEPTII~iG BIDS FOR B01fDS.
