Present were: Mayor Bonald Ulrick, Councilmen Frank Philbrook, Orval Fenstad, Gordon
Swenson and Tim Lovaasen and City Manager Leonard L. Kopp
MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of February 25, 1975 were presented for consideration.
Philbrook corrected the minutes on page 21 under Hud Funds to include the museum under
the heading of a historical b;uilding as eligible for Hud Funds under this program.
Swenson moved and Philbrook seconded a motion to accept the minutes as corrected of
the February 25, 1975 meeting. The vote was unanimously in favor.
COMMERCIAL DOCFS
The Mayor recognized Jerry Rockvam, Spring Park, Mayor and Gerrit Schmdt, administrator
of Spring Park, who were in the audience.
Present were: Butch Essig, Surfside
A. J. Martin - from Martin's Resort
Bon Harris - Seahorse Condominum
Bob Mathews - Seahorse Condominum
Jane Jamison - Tipi Wakan
Each of these representatives spoke of their problems and asked questions on how the
proposed ordinance would affect them.
Fenstad moved and Lovaasen seconded a motion, to ordain the Commercial Dock Ordinance
No. 333 (on file in the office of the City Clerk)
The roll call vote was unanimously in favor
