MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW HELD JUNE 5, 1975 AT 7:50 P.M.
AT THE MOUND CITY OFFICES
PRESENT WERE: Mayor Donald Ulrick, Councilmen Gordon 3wenson, Orval Fenstad
and Tim Lovaasen; City Manager Leonard Kopp, and Milton Hilk representative
of the Hennepin County Assessors Office. Councilman Philbrook came at 8:00
P.M.
Appearing before the Council who now sit as a Board of Review were:
Richard Johnson, 2855 Westedge Boulevard
Plat 62190, Parcel 4400
Q~estioned the high valuation in relation to neighbor's property.
The Assessor will review.
Rodney C. S~enson, 2959 Devon Lane
Plat 58010, Parcel 3915
Letter received from Mr. $~enson saying taxes are higher than he
was led to believe they would be when he moved in last fall. The
property is not homesteaded this year, which would account for
the high taxes. Mr. S~enson will be sent a letter informing him
of this.
3wenson moved and Fenstad seconded a motion to adjourn until June 10 at 7:15
p.m., at which time the Assessor is to report his findings on Plat 62190,
Parcel 4400.
