MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 12, 197[~ st the New Mound City Offices

Present were: Mayor Bonald Ulrick, Councilmen Orval Fenstad, Cklair Hasse, Frank
Philbrook and Gordon Swenson, City Manager Leonard L. Kopp, City Attorney Curtis
Pearson.
The American Legion Post #398 presented the City with an American flag and a
State of Minnesota flag, representing the Post were Commander Charles Jackson,
Lou Oberdeck and Ed Behmler. The Mayor accepted the gift for the people
of Mound.
The Minutes of the January 22, 197~ meeting were presented. Swenson moved and
Fenstad seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the January 22, 197~ meeting as
presented. The vote was unanimously in favor.
