Charles Neit9e was against the project and said he felt it would hurt his property
values.
Firs Gellman thought that a stop sign should be erected at the driveway entrance and
Commerce Blvd.
Mr. Pearson outlined the stipulatons, then read them in their entirety. Added were
two more stipulations (1) basement to be used for storage only (2) small house
to be used as an apartment or for storage, never as an office
