DOG ORDINANCE - discussed COMMENTS ANI]SUGGESTIONS BY CITIZENS PRESENT Enterprise Reporter -Wanted to know why Mound residents are charged more for refuse pick up than other suburbs? Answer: We have a private pick up and others are city businesses. Jeanette Gellman - Does a Special Use Permit go with the land? Answer: Yes. BILLS Swenson moved and Fenstad seconded a motion to pay t he following bills where funds are available. The roll call vote was unanimously in favor. 22. Speaking as proponents were Roger Reed, attorney and Dr. Anderson, member of the Forensic Engineering staff. Charles Neit9e was against the project and said he felt it would hurt his property values. Firs Gellman thought that a stop sign should be erected at the driveway entrance and Commerce Blvd. Mr. Pearson outlined the stipulatons, then read them in their entirety. Added were two more stipulations (1) basement to be used for storage only (2) small house to be used as an apartment or for storage, never as an office Swenson moved and Fenstad seconded a motion RESOLUTION 72-58 RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO FORSI%~SIC ENGINEERS LTD. 23. The roll call vote was unanimously in favor. SCHOOL BISTRIOT - MINNETRISTA - MOUND STORM SEWER PROJECT Fenstad moved and Swenson seconded a motion RESOLUTION 7h-59 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYORANI] MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH ORR-SCHELEN-MAYERON TO INSTALL STORM SEk~R ON BELLAIRE LANE (School District #277) The vote was unanimously in favor Fenstad moved and Swenson seconded a motion to adjourn until the meetin§ of March 12, 197h at 8 P.M. at the Mound City Offices.
