MAY 21, 2002
The City Council of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota, met in special
session on Tuesday, May 21,2002, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall.
Members present: Mayor Pat Meisel; Councilmembers Bob Brown, Mark Hanus, David
Osmek and Peter Meyer.
Others Present: City Manager Kandis Hanson
1. OPEN MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Meisel.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Manager was evaluated for her performance in closed session.
3. REOPEN MEETING
The meeting was reopened at 9:37 p.m. by Mayor Meisel.
4. OUTCOME
Motion by Meyer and second by Meisel to adopt the following resolution. The following
voted in favor: Meyer, Osmek, Brown and Meisel. The following voted against: hanus.
Motion carried.
