SEPTEMBER 3, 2002
The City Council and HRA of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota, met in
joint special session on Tuesday, September 3, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. in the council
chambers of City Hall.
Members Present: Mayor Pat Meisel, Councilmembers Bob Brown, Mark Hanus, David
Osmek and Peter Meyer.
Others Present: City Manager Kandis Hanson, Community Development Director
Sarah Smith, Tom Stokes, Chuck Alcon, Richard & Susan Bloomquist, Michael Buelow,
Bob Long.
1. OPEN MEETING
Mayor Meisel opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
2. WORKSHOP ON DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT
Members and representatives of Mound Harbor Renaissance, LLC, were present to
discuss the downtown redevelopment project, including acquisition and financing
options.
The HRA/Council will review information with City Staff and Consultants.
3. ADJOURN
MOTION by Brown, seconded by Osmek to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.
