1931-02-03 180 Vacate Certain M°und. Streets TO: The Village Council of the Vil- lage of Mound, Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. The persons whose names are un- dersigned, respectfully petition your honorable body and show, as follows: 1. That they are a majority of the owners of the property on the line of certain streets in the Village of Mound,namely: Pea- body Avenue, .Crocker Avenue, Chipman Avenue and Shady Lane, adjacent to Blocks, One, Two, Three and Four, Lake Side Park, A. L. Crocker's First Di- vision, Mound, ,Minnetonka. 2. That they desire that said streets be vacated. That all o~ said streets have been surveyed and laid out but that they are largely unimproved.
