to the Mound Golf Course, Inc., .and has been i~_

~Olf Course, Inc., contemplate petitioning the Diitrict Court of
.~ennepin County f~r leave to vacate the plat of Blocks One (1),
Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) Sylvan HeightI, and to vacate the
I$~e~ a~d mains described in I&id plat, ~

said platted property and that it hereby instructs the village clerk,
upon filing with him a notice from said District Court of the
petition to vacate said property, to acknowledge receipt of said
notice on behalf of this council and to approve the vacation of
said plat.
