room of the State Bank of Mound, on
Monday, the 18th day of September,
1933, between the hours of 9 A. M. and
9 P. M., at which the following pro-
position shall be voted upon by the
qualified voters Of this village:
1. "Shall the 'Village of Mound, Min-
nesota, build, establisl~, install,
own, and operate a municipal wa-
ter works system, with all neces-
sary wells, pumps, buildings, tanks,
piping hydrants, andl other equip-
ment, for supplying water for pub-
Ifc and private use in said village,
, and fix and collect proper and uni-
form charges for such supply, and
shall the council, at its discretion,-
be authorized to issue-bonds ior
such plant, construction and instal-
lation not in excess of the sum of
Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dol-

Part III--Drilled well.
Contractors may bid on any or all
of said parts~ Bi'ds must be made oni[
the basis of cash payment for the
work and in the prescribed form. Tbe
latter may be obtained free of charge
from the Engineer.

seen in the offices of the Village Re,
