The Bond of J.P.~eed , with signers ~e Johnson ~nd J. OTXr~use
w~e presented, and ca Motion of Trustee ~ff Seeonde~ byBroeckert
that the ~nd of J.P.~eed ~s ~eaeeeor be ~pproved,
Motion o~rroed.
Bills were read and on Motion by Broe~kert seconded by ~oe~ .that
bills be paid ~nd clerk instructed to d~w warrants for e~me,.
Motion carried.

eo~ittee to audit the books of the Treasurer an~ the Village Olerk
M~yor ~rauee ~ppoin~ed Trustees , Yoe~, [Broeoker~ & T~f as ~
Oommittee to investigate the prices ~nd 'qualities o'f hydrants and
~lvee.
Motion by Yost seconded by Tuff that the Clerks Bond be renewed
in the same COmlm~ny (U.S.S.&Q.) as last yesr and for the same
amount, (~500.00) Motion carried.
Motion by Broeckert seconded by ¥oet that Dr.J.P.Wilklne be
appointed Health officer for the Year 19~4,

J.$.Carlson, who was elected ,at the last Village election for
Justice of the Peace, for the mext two years, failed to qualify,
Atorney Pardee was asked to give an opinion , asto whether the
present encumbent, J.A.Pobineon, wou~d hold over or not, and report
at the next regular meeting.
Olerk was instructed to write to the M~n~ger of the Interstate Power
Co.at Waconia to meet with the Village Board soon and give them
information as to the probable cost of Energy to operate the ~ump
for the proposed water system.

A letter from the State ~nk of Mound,askiz~g to be appointed as
~ depository for the Village Funds, robe seourecl by municipal
bonds or mortgages, to the ~mount .of ~]4000.00.
On motion by Tr~stee Yost seconded by Broecke~t, the following ~
resolution -~s ~de; ~esolved ,that the State B~nk of Mound, be
desig~ted ~s a depository for the Vi21~ge F~snds, for a period of
two year~ , begining J~n'y ~ th 1934, S~id ~nk to furnish approve~
bonds or realestate mortgagee, in excee~ of amount covered by Fedra2
Deposit 7neurance, On roll c~ll , yayeYoat, ~zoecke~t, Tuff A Norton.
