The President on the Vi33age Oouncil announced that the~meeting was
opened for the consideration of objections to the proposed assessment for
the waterworks improvement ~n said Village as described in a resolUtion
adopted September 22, ~93~. The Clerk fi2ed an a~*idav!t showing pUblica-
tion cT. the notice o* sa~d meetin~ in the ce*Joia! newspaoer more than
one wee~ nr~$r to tbs date o~ m~c~ hearing. ~
The O2erk reported that the following persons had fi~ed written
obJ~ct~ons~ which ~atd o~Jectfon~ a~fected the lots pieces, or parcels

The following were then heard to present ora~ objections to said
assessment, each objector first ~eing asked to state the lots, pieces,
or parcels of land owned by him and as to which the objection was made:
