The oo.ncll met at the Council ~oome on April 4, 19~4 a~; 7:ZO
~.M. pursuant to adjournment from April 3, 1934, all members of
the Oouncil were nreeent.
After due consideration of all said objections, Tr.u. mtec
introd.,~oed the ~ollowing resolution and moved itc adoption:
~E$OLUTION ADO?TInG AND CONFIRMING
ME IT MES~LV~D by the Village Council of the Village of Mound,
M~nnemota, as ~ollow$:
1.. The Clerk, with the assistance of the Enginee~eand the further
asmistance o~ the Treasurer and Assessor of the Village, ham
calculated the amo~mt proper and necessary to be specially assessed
for the waterworks improvement more particularly described in a
resolution adopted September 2,8, 195Z, against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel or land within the Village affected thereby upon
the ~aetm of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accord-
ante with the .orovimtons of Section ~ of Chapter 4~ Laws of 19~1.

proportion to the amount in said propomed amee~sment est cpo. omits

lty, and that ea~d amount eo est ~:~ te ~ereby lev~ed agaxnsm each o~
the respective lotg, pieces, or parcels o* land therein descri¥$d.
5. The amountm o¢ particular amsessment$ epecieied ~.n the
proposed assessment are chan~ed and altered a~ follower

6. Such proposed assessment ia hereby affirmed, adopted, and
confirmed, and the mums fixed and named in maid propomed aemeesment
are affirmed, adopted, and confirmed a~ the proper sDecial amsessmenta
~or each of maid lotm, 'pieee~, or parcels or land therein demeri~ed
rempectively; and much aesemmment, together with interest accruing
on the face amount thereof at the rate of 6~ per annum from the date
hereof to June 1, ~955, shall ~e a lien upon the property described
therein and all thereof. ~he total amount of each such ameemmment
mhall ~e payable in twenty equal ~nnual in~tal~mentm extending over
a period of twenty years, the first inmtallment to be payable on or
~efore June 1, 19~§, and the last thereof to be payable on or before
June 1, 19~4, and all deferred payments, after June 1, 1935, shall
bear interest at the rate of 6% p~r annUm from June 1, 19Z5, maid
interest to be ~ayable annua!~y with each installment of principal.

7. The Village Cler~ shall immediately after the adoption of this
resolution transmit a ceftin'led duplicate o~ thi~ resolution ~nd of the
proposed assessment to the County A~.dltor ce Mennepin County, Minnesota
to be extended on the proper tax li~ts and to be collected, accounted
for, and paid over to said Village i:~ the same manner as other village
tares.
8. The owner of any lot, piece, or po. roe] of land aeeessed
hereby may at any time pay the whole ce the assessment against said
~ot, piece or parcel of land or any installment thereo* with accrued
interest to the l~t. day o~ June f&llowing.

equipment,s.s let. choice, the bid o~ Lane N. '. Co.: of Milwaukee, wis.

Motion by Yost seconded by Broeckert that the Co,,ncil recomend the
bid cT G. ~. ~yler for the building of the Pump Mo~se , to consulting
~ngineere Druar & Mi~inowski. ~ol! Oa~ Mays Your, Broec~ert, Tu~f,
and Morton. Motion Carried.
