N. The following members were present: JO ~rause, President, F. Yost, 8. ~. Broec~ert, O. L. Tuff, H. [. Horton, and the following were a~sent: none. The memorandum o~ agreement ~.tth the James C. willson Co., 116 East 4th St. St. Paul, Minnesota, who had been awarded the contract ~or the construction, installation, and completion of P~rt ~V-Pumping Equtoment, for the }.~nicipal waterworks system o~ the Village of Mound, !,finnesot& was read. A'motion~was made by Tru.~tee. Yost, ~econded by Trustee Tuff, that tbs Wresident and Village Olerk sign the *ire copies of the memorandum of agreement with J. ~. willson Co. of St. Paul and *orward the same to william N. Carey, State Engineer pwA for app roy al, On Rill Call Yays; Broecke~t, Yost, Tu~f, and Horton, Nays: None. Whereuoon said motion .was declared aarried and adored. Application of George H. Hastings for Off Sale License for Non-intoxicating Liquor accompanied by the required~ee, was On Motion by Yost, seconded by Broec~ert that 'Off Sale License be granted to George H. Hastings, Notion Oarried. Owing to the sickness and death of L. P. Wartburg who had ~urchased the Burr Huff busiaess, a resale was made~ ~e~&- the Business to Donald Williams, Fred Thomas, and Frank Sweene7~ An Appication for,O~f Sale and On S~le" License for Non- intoxic&ting Malt Liquor, accompanied by the required ~ee, from Donald Williams, Fred Thomas, and Frank Sweeney, was read, and on ~otion by Broeckert, seconded by Yost that williams, Thomas, and 9weensy be granted and"Off Sale and On Sale"License. Motion Carried. Village Clerk
