The President o~ the Co~sncil, stated thet the Interstate Power
Co., had made a proposal to f~rnish Electric enerf'y for m~nicipal
street lighting, and presented a proposa~ "Contract For Municip&l
9treet Lighting", which was read, and after some disc?~ssion, the
f~!~wing motion, in the rom of a Resolution, was proposed by ~he
Trustee Brockert, and ~econded b~ Trustee Yost, Re~olved, that the
Village of Mop, nd Minnesota enter into ~ "Contract ~or Municipal
Street Lighting" ~rom and a~ter date hereof until Nov. 2, 1940, with
