JULY §~h 1934 Minutes of Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mound Village Council. ?ursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Adjourned Regular .~eeting of the Mound Village Council, was held in the Council Rooms July 5th 1934. The meeting w~s called to order at 8:15 ~.M. by Mayor J.C.Xraue'e, ~ember$ present, Broeckert, Yost , Tuff a~d Horton. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read, and on motion duly made and carried were approved as read. Minutes of Special Meeting held June ~6th 1934, were read and on motion duly made and 'carried were approved as read. An application for ON SALE License by ~eo Hastings for Non Intox Malt Liquor, accompanied by the required fee , was re~, and on Motion by Broeckert seconded by Yost , That the ON SALE License be granted to Geo. Hastings, Motion Carried. An Application by Charles Utm~n for OFF ~ALE and ONSALE License of Non Intoxicating Malt Liquor, accompanied by the required fee was read, and a Motion by Yost seconded by Broeckert, that Licenses be granted to Charles Utman, for OFF SALE &ON SALE of Non Intoxica$ Malt Li.~uor, Motion Carried. A motion by Trustee Tuff seconded by Trustee Yost that ~1000.00 be temporarily transferred from the ~eneral Fund to the Waterworks Fund*or the nurpose of ~ying for the necceseary Meters ,Copper ~i9 and shut off valves , ~otion. Carried. Bills were read, and on motion by Tuff Seconded byYost that the ~% bills be paid and Clerk inst=ucted to draw warrants for same, Motion Carried. , 257 An Easement received from the I~keside l'ark Association for the laying of water mains thru lots as described, in the Advertisement or notice published in the Minnetonka ~ilot issued Feb 20th 1934. and was ordered placed on file. Notice from the Board of 'County. Commissioners of an Order for He, ring on the application for old age pension by Chris Kern was read, and on motion by ¥ost seconded by Broeckert, that Hearing be proposponed~for further investigation,. Motion,Carried. The following agreement received from She~-Ad~meon Co W.E.Preston and ~.E.D~yer Jr. was read, That all checks' for Estimates were to be made to Shes-Adamson Co,W.E.l'reston and D.E.Dwyer Jr., Acceptance of this agreement to be signed bythe ~resident and Village Clerk for the Village cf Mound, Amotion by Broeckert Seconded by ¥ost that the president of the Council and the Village C~erk~e authorized to sign said agreement, Motion Carried. A motion by 'T~ff Seconded'by Broecke~t~ that the Oonsulting Engineers be instructed to have the ~ump House built according to specifications. Motion Carried.
