1934-08-07Minutes of the ~egular Meeting of the Mound Village Council
held August Z 7th 1934.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Regular Meeting of the
Mound Village Council, was held in their Council Room Tuesday August
7th 1934, Meeting called to order at S:15 P.M.: by Mayor J.O.Krause,
Trustees present; ¥0st,Broeokert, Tuff and Horton.
Minutes of the last Regular Meeting were read and on motion duly
made and carried, were approved aa read.
Bills were read and on motion by Tuff Seconded by Broeokertthat bills
be paid and $1erk instructed to draw warrants for same,
.Motion Carried.
Motion By Tuff Seconded by Broeokert that cinders be put on Maplewood
and Beverly road in 8eton , Motion Oarried.
A Petition for Water Mains to be laid on a part of Highland Ave, part
of Greene Blvd,Hidgeway Ave and part of Oarm_~ Blvd, signed by
Property owners, As follows; T.T.Bradley, H.B.Jacquee,C.A.Goetze,
Cora M. Reichs, Bioktel Holding Co and others, was presented and
.referred to the Water Oommittee.
A motion by Tuff seconded by Broeckert that the NAIL and Tornado Ins
uranoe, on the Water Tower, Tank and Pump House, be divide, d equally
between Agents J.P,Reed and State Bank Of Mound Agenoy-90~ Oo-Insur-
ance for five year Policies , Motion Carried.
On motion duly made and carried, the Oontaot with Druar and Milinowsli
discussionwith reference to additional pay for the Resident Engineer,
was laid over until next meeting.
