Minutes of Special Meeting of the
Mound Village Council.

Pursuan~ to due call and Notice {hereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council of Mound, Minnesota,. was duly held in the
Council Room in said Village on the 10th day of November, 1934,
at two' o'clock P. M.
Officers present: J. C. Krause, President, Trustees., Tuff,
Yost and Horton, Broeckert being absent on account of illness.
President declared meeting called for the purpose of accepting
the Pump House a~completed by G. A. Tyler, contracto.~r, and such
other business as may appear.
Motion by Trustee Yost, WHEREAS, the contract for the Pump
House, P. W. A. Project ~Z616 by G. A. Tyler has been completed,
and final statement approved by consulting engineers, and P. W. A.
Resident Engineer, that the Village accept same and final statement
of $343.00 be paid.
Motion seconded by Trustee Tuff. Yeas: Tuff, Yost and
Horton. Nays: None. Motion carried.
Clerk was ordered to have Notice of a Public Caucus to be
held $aturday, November ~4, 1934, printed in the Minnetonka Pilot
for the purpose of nominating: '
One President for one year.
One Trustee for three years.
One Village Clerk for two years.
One Justice of Peace for two years.
One Constable for two years.
Clerk was also ordered to post notice of Annual Meeting and
~Election to be held December 4, 1934. Annual meeting at eleven
· o'clock A.M. Election from Twelve o'clock Noon to Eight o'clock
P. M.
Mayor appointed Clerks and Judges for the election.
No further business appearing, on motion, meeting adjourned.
