Minutes of Special meeting of the Mound Village 0ouncil.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
Village 0otmcil of the Village of ~ound, Minn, was held in eaid
Village Dec 39th 1954 at 11 o'clock A.M.
~he.following members were present, J.C.Krause President,
TruStees Yost, Broeckert, Tuff & Herren, absent none.
The President stated the meeting was called for the purpose of
accepting the Water Main Job as comPleted by the 0ontractors
Shes Adamson ¢o & Wm Preston, all claims having been ~aid and the
payment of the balance of $1000.00 has been approved by the P.W.A.
resident Engineer.
A Motion by Trustee Broeckert and'seconded by Trustee Tuff,
"Whereas the Water Mains Part one , Project E818 P.W.A.,
has been completed and the balance due Contractors,Shes AdAmson
Co and Wm Preston of $1000.00 (allclaims having been paid)
approved by the P.W.A. resident Engineer, that the completed job
be accepted, and the President of the Village Council and
Clerk be authorized to.sign a check,or warrant for $1000.00 in
favor of Shea Adamson Co W.E.Presto~ Dwyer Maas Co as payment in
full for Part One P.W.A.Project 2818, it being understood that ~
the Bonding Co, The American Employers Insurance Co of Boston
Mass., will protect the Village for any cla~ of defects,
connected inlaying of the Water Mai~s, that may appear fqr.a
period of one year from date hereof~"
