Council of the Village of Mouni, Hennepin

'Pursua~xt to due call a~md notice thereof, a Special Meetin~ of
the Village Council off the Village of Mound, HennePin County,
was dul~ held in' the Council ~om in the basement of the State
B~ off Mou~ in said Villa~ on the ~th day of April,

The following Trustees were present:
Yost, March, Tuff and Horton.
President~ W. C. Huestis;
The following were absent: None.
The President stated the meeting was called for the purposeof
opening and considering Bids for Water Main Extension No. 3,
in the Highlands, in the Village of Mound.
The Clerk produced affidavits showing Publication of Notice
for Bids in the Official Newspaper, whioh were ordered placed
on file.
The Bids which had been received were thereupon opened and found
to be as follows:

A motion by Trustee March that the Village a~t the Bid of
Walter W. Magee Company of St. Paul, for thee-of $3~34.34
and the Job to be completed.on or before July 1, 1935, Trustee
¥ost seconded the above motion. Motion carried.
A motion by Tuff, seconded by Yost that & six inch.Valve be
installed on the No, S Water Main Extension for $3Z.00.
Motion Carried.
No further business appearing, on motion meeting adjourned.
