The President ~nnounce~ that the meeting was calle~ for the purpose of
hearing objections to the proposed Assessment for the Water Work~ Improvement
No. 3 in the Etgh!ands as per Notice publishe~ in the Minuetonk~ Pilot
May 16th, 1~3~, and such other bAsiness that may come up before the
.meeting.
The Clerk reported that ~o persons had filed written objections.

W~ter Works, has calculated the amount prop. er az~ necessar~ to be speciall~
assessed fro Watexmain Improvement No. 3 a~aAnst evez7 assessable lot,
piece or parcel of land .within .the ~istrict. affected thereby upon
of benefits, without regals to cash valetS.on, inaccor~ance with the
proVisions of Section a of Chapter ~5, La~ 19~1.
2. Notice has, been drily puBliahe~ as requilred by law that the Council
e~ul~ meet to hear and pass upon all objections, if an~, to amer~ said
proposed assessment aa might be necessary, ~mi to miopt same By resolution.
3- Said proposed assessments have at all times since filing been open for
public inspection, ami an opportunity has Been given to all intereste~
person, to present their objections, if an~, to s~c~ proposed aases~ent.

such lot, piece, or parcel of land, respectively, ami ,ai~ amount so set
out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or

6. Such proposed assessment is hereby affinmed, adopted, ~ ~i~

shall be a lien upon the property describe~ therein ~ all thereof. The
total amount of ~ch aases~nent shall be payable in equal anmAal installments
exter~ing over a perio~ of ten year~, the first .thereof to be pa~able on
or before June 1st, 1936, and the last to be payable on or before ~ne let,
19~, ami all ~eferred payments shall bear interest at the rate of six per
cent per anr._~m from June let, 1936.

7. The Clerk shall, immediately after the adoption of this resolutione
transmit & certified duplicate of this resolution a~i said assessment to
the County Audi tot of ttennepin County, Minnesota, to be extended on the
tax lists ani to be collected, accounted for, ami paitover in the
manner as other municip~ taxes.
8. ,~he owner of an~ lot, piece or parcel of lan~ assessed hereby may at
an~ time pay the whole of such assessment or ar~v ir~tallment thereof with
accrued interest to June following. ~

by Tuff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following:voted in favor
