The report of OEo. R. Oole , Superintendent of Water Main Oonet~ction
Improvement No. ~, w~ re~ and he recomended the accept~oe of the
work as completed.
A motion by ~ff seconded by M~chthat the report of Geo. R. Oole be
accepted ~d placed on file, Motion carried.
Trustee Yoet offered the following resolution ~d moved its ado~ion,
'~ereas: The Walter M~gee Co of St. Paul Minn has completed their
Oontract for the laying of the Water ~aine in the Highl~de, Ymproveme~
No.3, ~d Geo. R. Oole Supt. of Water W~rks Oonetuction h~ reposed
favorably on a~e ~d recomended the acceptance of the work by the
Village Oo~cil, Therefore ~e it resolved that the Village Oouncil
the work aa completed and the President and the Olerk be authorized
sign a warrant in favor of Walter Magee Oo of St. Paul for the e~ of
$~654.58 for .the laying of the Water M~ne in the Hi~l~de also for
the 8~ of $1~3.7~ for extr~ pipe ~nd sleeves, (for the Village to have
o~d for re,airs or short extensions) making a tot~ of
~e motion for the ~option of the foregoing resolution w~ duly
seconded by March, and upon a vote being t~en thereon , the following
voted in favor thereof; Yoet, March Tuff A Horton, against e~e none,
~ereupon said resolution wac duly passed and ~opted.
A motion by March seconded by Yoet , that a warrant be dr~n in favor
of the W~ter Magee Oo for the e~ of $30.00 to pay for the tr~eport~tia
of the Oatte~ill~, which wac lo,ed to the Village for the gr~ing
of the roads in the Highl~ds, Motion carried.
~e application of B.A.F~ley for OFF & ON SALE of non-intoxicating
M~lt liquor license wasre~, a motion by ~uff that application be tabled
seconded by Horton , motion carried.
