Pursuant to due call ~n~ notice thereof, aSpeclal meeting of the
Mound Village 0ouncil, was held in the Council Room in the Basement
of the State Bank of Mound , on 'the 18th day of nov-1935 at 8 o,clock P.M.
officers present, W.C.Huestls President, March, Yost .Tuff & Horton,
,The ?reslden~ stated ~he meeting ~ae c~le~ for a coherence with
the Mo~ VolUnteer Fire Department, regarding the 0ompensation Ins,
covering their ~ctivitiee while responding to a fire call, ~nd ~uch
other business that migh~ come up.~e Clerk was asked to secure an End-
orsement on the Ohio Caue<y IN~ur~ce Polio2 on the Fire T~ck, in
case of ~n ~cident whether they
~e 0ommittee reported they h~ seen the ~ifferent Gr~ers offere~
in the various Bids, ~d reoomended the purchase, of the 10-~0 re-built
Ro~d Patrol offered by the T.W.Roeholt Co for $1100.00 with ~n allow-
anoe of $75.00 for the o1~ Fordson ~d Gr~er , which has been in use
for the last twelve years in the Village.
Motion by Yost seconded by M~oh, that ~e Bi~ of T.W.Rosholt 0o be
~ooepted ~d that the 01erk draw
for $375.00 as p~ent on account for the 10-~0 Ro~ Patrol,
non-intoxica ting Malt Liquor, s~ license to expire July let 1~3~,
Mr. Weston having purchased the Equipment ~ business from Bur~ Huff,
also a license for the a~e of Soft Drinks,
Mo~ion by Yost Seconded by M~ch that s~id licenses be grante~ to
Alonzo P.Weston, Motion O~ried.
~e ~pplio~tion of Owen B. Str~d for ~ OFF & 0N SALE License for
non-intoxicating malt liquor, ~so a Soft Drink license, said License
to expire July ls~ l~3S, Mr. ~en having bought Equipment ~d business
at the Fr~ Person Place,
Motion by Tuff seconded by Yost, that sai~ licenses be granted
~en B. Sired, Mo~ion c~ried.
