Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
Council of the Village of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
Nov, 1935 at nine o'clock P.M.
Officers. present, W.O.Huestis President, M~ch, Tuff ~ Horton,
Yost mbsen~.
The P~esident stated the meeting w~s called for the purpose of p~sing
a resolution to have the State Comptroller ex.ins the books and records
of the Village for the year I935.
T~stee March offered the roll. ins resoluti'o~ ~d moved its adoption,
thata written request be mailed to the State Oo~troller asking for an
ex~ination of the books ~d records, accounts ~d aff~rs of the
Vill~e of Mo~d, Hennepin Co~ty, Minnesota, for thr ye~ 1935, ~d
the Clerk secure the required signatures of the majority of the
members of this Council, Certify to e~e ~d fo~.ard to the 8tats
Comptroller, the motion for the ~option of the fozegoing resolution,
was duly seconded by Horton, Motion C~ried.

Pursuit to notice thereof, ~ Public Assembly of the Citizens of Mo~d
held one hour before the polls opened for the ~nu~ Election, ~the~
Meeting was x~led to order by H.I.Horton, the President being absent,
who ~ked for m Moderator, on motion duly m~e ~d c~xied, R~ph M~oh
was elected Moderator.
~e minutes of the last annu~ meeting wereread, and approved as read.
Citizens p~esent; Wm Kic~er, R M~ch,Horton, Cole, Schwartz, Winkle,
Reed, Br~m~, ~d Mrs Smith.
The Treasurers ~d Clerks report were re~, ~d on motion by Tuff
seconded by Winkle, that the Reports be placed on file, Motion carried.
A Motion by Tuff seconded by Mrs. Smith,~at in the sense of this
meeting, the Village Council be authorized to ~d $1000.00 to a levy
of $7000.00 to t~e care of Interest ~d Bonds, prSvidedthe Co, oil
deems it necess~ Motion Carried.
The subject of a B6~ issue' for the purpose of paying interest on
present Bonds w~ discussed by Mt. Reed and Mt. Tuff.

was held on the 3rd day of Dec 1935 at 9:~0 P.M.

On motion by Tuff Seconded by Horton that the regular meeting be
adjourned until Dec 4th 1935 at 7:30 P.M. ~otion Carried.

The returns of the judges of the annual~Village Election, and the ballots
having been filed with the Clerk, it was foundthat One Hundred and fifty
eight voteshad been cast, with the following results;

and Nov BBnd 1935, were read and approved as read.
The bills were read, and on motion by L{arch seconded by Yost that bills
'be allowed and Clerk draw warrants for same, ~otion carried.
