Officers present; ~.C.Huestis President,~Yost, March, Tuff & Horton, On motion by Tuff Seconded by Horton that the regular meeting be adjourned until Dec 4th 1935 at ?:30 P.M. Motion Ca-tied. The returns of the Judges of the annualEVillage Election, and the bsdlots having been filed with the Clerk, it was foundthat One Hundred and fifty eight voteshad been cast, with the following results; For President W.C.Huestis 138 Votes One year G.F. Broeckert 1 " M.Johnson 1 " J. C. Kr ause 4 " W.C.Huestis was declamed elected for the office of ~resident for the year TRUSTEE F.Yost 111 Votes 3 year term J.S.Oarlson 47 . F.Yost was declared elected Trustee for the three ~ear term. TREASURER Two Year Term W.H.A.Koehler 140. Votes. W.H.A.Koehler was declared elected Treasurer for two year term. Assessor Two Year Term J.P.Reed 135 Votes W. I. Davis 1 " 0soar Johnson 1 " J.P.Reed was declared elected as assessor for two year term. Justice of the Seace Two year Term Kimball Hodge 134 Votes F.0.MaJor 1 " Kimball Hodge wa~ declared elected as Justice of Peace for two year term. Constable Two Year Term J.C. Stein 1~9 Votes Wm~ Stark 2 , Si Huff 1 " F. lSchwartz 1 " Geo Cole ~ . Aug Broeckert 1 " J.C.Stein was declared elected to the office of Constable for the term of two years. The C~uncil having cs~uvassed the Votes of the annual Village E2ection, proceeded with the business of the regular meeting, Minutes of the last regular meeting and the Spec~_al meetings of Nov 18th and Nov ~nd 1935, were read and approved ~s read. The bills were read, and on motion by March seconded by Yost that bills be allowed and Clerk draw warrants for same, Motion carried.
