OCTOBER 26, 2004
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of and for the City of Mound, Minnesota,
met in regular session on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at 7:20 p.m. in the council
chambers of city hall.
Members Present: Chairperson Pat Meisel; Commissioners Bob Brown, Mark Hanus,
David Osmek and Peter Meyer.
Others Present: City Attorney John Dean, Executive Director Kandis Hanson; City
Clerk Bonnie Ritter, Theresa Wallum
1. Open Meetinq
Chair Meisel called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
2. Approve Aqenda
MOTION by Brown, seconded by Osmek to approve the agenda. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
3. Approve Minutes
MOTION by Hanus, seconded by Brown to approve the minutes of the October 12,
2004 meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Report on Indian Knoll Manor by Westport Properties
Theresa Wallum presented the monthly report on Indian Knoll Manor as follows:
A. September Bank Statement
B. August Income Statement
C. Review of Bills paid: MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Brown to approve
payment of the bills for September, 2004.
D. Manager's Report: There are applications received for the two vacancies and
they should be full by January 1st
