Res 00-03HI I1 I I THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MOUND RESOLUTION # '___00""3 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW SCHEDULE OF CHARGES POLICY EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2000. WHEREAS, the Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority has now in effect a Public Housing Schedule of Charges Policy; and WHEREAS, said policy is out of date and needs to incorporate the new rules and regulations that have been passed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority that the new Schedule of Charges Policy, as attached, will be come effective February 1, 2000. Pat Meisel, Chairperson Date Karol Charon, Executive Director Date Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority Schedule of Charges Effective February 1, 2000 The following is the policy for charges that will be made by the Mound Housing Authority (t-IRA) for the replacement and or repair of Authority property. Charges will be based on actual cost for the Authority for repair or replacement that exceeds normal wear and tear when it is determined that the damages and or losses are the responsibility of the tenant. Equipment Replacement Charges · Apartment door key or mailbox key · Security door key · Change lock · Complete lock replacement · Shower rod · Shower head · Window blind (small) Window blind (large) · Toilet seat 3.00 25.00 50.00 250.00 15.00 30.00 20.00 30.00 35.00 Glass Replacement - Screen Replacement All glass and window screens replaced will be billed to the tenant at actual cost plus labor. 3. LockOut Charge $ 10.00 Labor and Materials Charges Charges to the tenant for items not listed above will be the total of the material plus the cost of labor determined as follows: Work performed by the HRA staff will be charged at the hourly wage rate for the employee completing the work plus a 5% administration fee. Work performed by contractors will be paid at the hourly rate charged by the contractor multiplied by the time required to perform the work plus a 5% administration fee.
